Ram Prasad Dutta is the Company Secretary at Orient Paper & Industries Ltd. He is responsible for Secretarial and Compliance Management of the Organisation.

Mr. Dutta has over 20 years of experience in the field of Corporate and General Commercial laws. Apart from managing day to day affairs related to Corporate Laws, Listing Regulations, and other secretarial matters, he has a successful track record of handling significant corporate transactions such as Right Issues and De-mergers.

Ram Prasad Dutta joined Orient Paper in 2012 and was later appointed as Company Secretary in 2013.

He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

In his spare time, he enjoys sports, travelling, and reading books.
