Ashwin Laddha is the MD & CEO of Orient Paper & Industries Limited. He is responsible for the growth and operational excellence of the company, taking strategic decisions in line with its transformation vision and goals.

With over 25 years of experience, Ashwin has led high-performance teams across Asia, Europe, and South America. He has set up and managed businesses across emerging and developed markets.

Since he joined Orient Paper, Ashwin has been steering the company on a transformative journey led by technology and digitalization as a catalyst for revenue growth.

Prior to joining Orient Paper, Ashwin held senior leadership positions at Grasim Industries Ltd, Sterlite Technologies, and Reliance India Ltd.

Ashwin holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing. He serves on the Apex Committee of the Indian Paper Manufacturers Association (IPMA). He is also on the Governing Board of the C K Birla Trust Hospitals, including institutions such as the Calcutta Medical Research Institute and B M Birla Heart Research Center.
