Mr. Yogendra K. Varshney is a professional, with over 30 years of extensive work experience in Manufacturing Operations/ Production Operations/ Project Management and developed, aligned, and integrated manufacturing strategies and action plans in line with company’s strategic and financial direction along with all stakeholders and/or functions, as needed.

A Mechanical Engineering Graduate from the Institute of Engineering & Technology, Lucknow University, Mr. Varshney has been recognized with several prestigious industry awards, including the Business Super Achiever Award 2026 from World HRD Congress, Director’s Special Awards at Reckitt Benckiser, and the Directors’ Special Award for the outstanding achievements for the year 2006 at Hindustan Unilever Limited, Haridwar.

He joined Orient Paper in August 2021 and is instrumental in implementing various process technologies and projects for improvements in overall operations. He facilitates innovation through AI-driven, closed-loop manufacturing, automation, and digitisation to enhance operational efficiency and redefine product offerings.

Before joining Orient Paper, Mr. Varshney has held the position of Executive Director (Operations) & Chief Risk Officer at Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Ltd. Throughout his career, he has successfully undertaken leadership roles that include Chief Operating Officer at Genus Paper & Boards Ltd., Senior Vice President- Plant Operations at Kuantum Papers Ltd., Head (Process) at Century Pulp & Paper, Production Manager at Reckitt Benckiser India Pvt. Ltd., and Senior Executive at Hindustan Unilever Ltd.
