Raj Kumar Agrawal, aged 66 years, has done his B. Com (Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce and Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Agrawal has been associated with S.R. Batliboi & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants, for more than 43 years in various capacities and retired as a senior partner of the firm on 30th June 2019.

He has over 40 years of experience of providing accounting, advisory and other services to companies in various industry sectors, including metal and mining, oil and gas, power, manufacturing, real estate, infrastructure, etc. He has held senior leadership positions as Risk Management Head and Technical Head of the firm.
